Veggies and their awesome benefits
A choline-rich diet may aid in memory-cell production throughout childhood, according to research from Duke University.
What has choline? Brussels Sprouts. Yum it up by sauteing with olive oil and bacon, or just boiling with little butter and salt and pepper.
Lutein found in spinach is also good for memory and learning-mix spinach with some strawberries for an awesome treat :)
